These terms of use apply to the use of the TokenCore platform, operated by TokenCore AG, Bahnhofstrasse 21, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter "TokenCore", "we" or "us").

By registering and using our services, you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not agree with individual provisions, you are not permitted to use the platform.

2. Registration and User Account

2.1 Requirements

To use TokenCore, you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Registration with false information is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Any activities that take place under your account will be attributed to you.

3. Service Description

TokenCore offers a platform for automated cryptocurrency trading using AI-powered strategies. Our services include:

• Provision of trading bots and algorithms
• Integration with crypto exchanges via API interfaces
• Portfolio management tools
• Market analysis and reporting functions

4. Risk Disclosure

TokenCore does not provide investment advice. All trading decisions are made at your own responsibility. We recommend only investing capital whose loss you can afford.

5. Fees and Payments

Please refer to our pricing section for current fees. Fee changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

5.2 Payment Terms

Fees are charged monthly or as a one-time payment depending on the selected plan. All prices include applicable sales tax.

6. Liability

TokenCore is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

In particular, we are not liable for:

• Trading losses of any kind
• Technical disruptions at third parties (exchanges)
• Lost profits
• Data loss

7. Privacy

8. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time at the end of the month. In case of serious violations of these terms of use, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Applicable Law

These terms of use are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

9.2 Jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.

9.3 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
